Put a player in front of clubs and agents

This form can be completed by the player, their agent, their club or, for a minor, their parent or legal guardian. Allow 15 to 20 minutes. Have the link to a match video (YouTube, Veo or Pixellot) and a recent photo ready. The passport will only be requested if the profile is accepted.

Every submission is checked by our team before publication. Submitting the form does not guarantee publication, a trial or a transfer. Akwascout is not an agent and takes no commission on transfers.

5. Match video

One video link is included free of charge: YouTube, Veo or Pixellot. For the player to be assessed, it must be a full official match, filmed without editing; a highlights video can only be used to create the profile. The link must open without an account or password (on YouTube, “Unlisted” visibility is enough; on Veo and Pixellot, use the public share link of the match).

Paid option: I would like to add more videos (XOF 2,000 (€10 in Europe) per additional video, or the Visibility Pack at XOF 10,000 for 4 videos and 3 months of featured placement). Our team will contact you about payment by Mobile Money or card. The additional match moves the player from a first report to a full assessment: the rating may go up or down, and no payment guarantees a recommendation.

Consent

Protection of your personal data. The information in this form is collected by ADOUABO Sport Management Project SARL (RCCM CI-GRDBSM-2021-B-4531, Bégneri, Bonoua, Côte d’Ivoire), operator of Akwascout, and by Mr Constantin Adouko ADOUABO, owner of the site, as joint controllers. It is received through the form service of our host, Netlify (United States).

Why? To review the submission, build the profile, assessment and scouting rating, publish it on the site and present it to clubs and agents, including outside Côte d’Ivoire. Your contact details are never published. The passport is not collected through this form: it is requested later, through a secure channel, only from accepted players.

How long? Up to 3 years after the last contact or until you withdraw consent; at most 6 months for a profile that is not accepted; 30 days after verification for the passport copy, when one has been requested.

Your rights. Under Ivorian Law no. 2013-450, you can access, correct or delete your data and withdraw your consent by writing to asmp-org@caramail.fr. You can also contact the ARTCI (www.artci.ci). Details in the legal notice.

I certify that the information provided is accurate. I authorise Mr Constantin Adouko ADOUABO and ADOUABO Sport Management Project SARL to publish the player’s profile on the site: displayed name, photo, football data, video, assessment and scouting rating. I authorise this profile to be shared with clubs and agents, including outside Côte d’Ivoire. I understand that the scouting rating and assessment are indicative opinions that guarantee neither a trial, nor a contract, nor a transfer. I have read the data protection notice and I know I can withdraw my consent at any time. I agree that my data may be kept by Mr Constantin Adouko ADOUABO and passed on to any new operator he appoints if the operating company ceases trading, under the same conditions.
